Benefits of Becoming a Client

Statistics show that roughly 80% of all small businesses fail within the first 3-5 years. The reverse is true of small businesses which establish a foothold in small business incubators. This is because incubators reduce the overhead associated with running a business and provide essential support services that would otherwise be very costly or unavailable.

MsET's Incubator Program offers its clients:
  • Affordable Space. Lease rates for office space begin at $12.50 per square foot per year.

  • Common facilities. Entrepreneurs may reduce lease and office furniture expenses by utilizing common facilities provided free of charge by MsET. These facilities include conference rooms, break rooms, mail and copy rooms, etc.

  • Common Equipment. MsET makes its office equipment (copier, fax, etc.) available to client companies on a pay-as-you-go basis. This arrangement allows entrepreneurs to reduce capital equipment outlays that would otherwise be associated with establishing a place of business.

  • Entrepreneur In-residence Training. MsET offers seminars geared toward developing and honing business management skills. These seminars explore issues such as conducting effective market research, business planning and initial public offerings.

  • Customized Services Package. As part of the incubation process, MsET staff will meet periodically with client company management teams to forecast company goals and objectives. This allows MsET staff to tailor appropriate support services to assist clients in meeting those goals and objectives.
